currently I am on dameware mini remote control v9.0.1.247
there are other techs in different departments who are on older versions that have an issue connecting to any workstation i have connected to.
is there any setting within dameware that will allow techs to automatically remove the service before connecting to a workstation
(i know there is the option to manually do it via the file menu) and i know there is an option to automatically remove the service upon exiting a user's system. the need for this request has come up because several of our new images that were deployed had the newer service on them and we are looking for a quick and automatic work around.
